Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

Every item at Mystic Primrose is handmade-to-order. Processing typically takes 5 hours to 5 business days depending on order volume. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • Cancellations: Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations or changes to orders. Please ensure all details are correct before hitting pay.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship via Royal Mail.

  • UK Orders: Handled entirely by Royal Mail.

  • International/US Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail International and typically handed over to USPS (or your local national carrier) once the parcel enters your country.

  • Tracking: If you purchased tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number once your order is scanned. It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

Package Protection (Route)

We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout. This ensures your package is covered if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

  • If you purchased Route: You can file a claim for lost or damaged items here. Claims for "Delivered but not received" can be filed up to 15 days after the marked delivery date.

  • If you DID NOT purchase Route: Mystic Primrose is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. You will need to file a missing mail request or claim directly with Royal Mail (UK) or USPS (USA). Our responsibility ends once the package is handed to the carrier with tracking.

Delivery Times & Delays

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days from the time of processing.

  • Delays: Factors outside our control (Customs, holidays, or postal strikes) may extend delivery times by 30 business days or more. We will assist you in tracking your package, but we cannot speed up the transit process once it is with the carrier.

International Shipping & Customs (DDP)

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) where possible. This means duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost at checkout.

  • Exceptions: In rare cases where a country does not allow DDP (e.g., specific regions in Canada or Portugal), the customer is responsible for paying local import fees.

  • Refused Parcels: If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges, a refund will be issued for the item cost only, provided it is returned in resellable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delayed Orders Reporting

If your order has not arrived, you must report it to us at info@mysticprimrose.com within 30 days of the order date. Reports received after 30 days are not eligible for investigation or replacement.

Product Nature & Compliance

Our items (including spell jars and crystals) are decorative and spiritual. They are not intended for consumption or medical use. We legally declare the full value of all items on customs forms and cannot mark items as "gifts."

Free Tarot Reading Offer

  • Free tarot readings are included with qualifying physical item orders during the monthly free reading offer. Digital products, e-books, or other readings purchased separately do not qualify.

  • Each qualifying order receives one free reading per customer, delivered via email when your order is shipped.

  • Customers must provide a valid email address to receive their reading.

  • If you would like your readings to focus on specific questions, please provide them when placing your order or contact MysticPrimrose afterward.

  • Only one free reading is provided per qualifying order; the offer is available once per month and cannot be combined with other offers.
